On March 6, 2014, a representative of the contractor consortium of Vinaconex Xuan Mai Construction and Concrete Joint Stock Company (XMC) signed a contract with the Vietnam Oil and Gas Construction Corporation for the design and supply of , construction of piles 450x450 Boiler foundation, Gian Bunker - Coal mill unit 1 and unit 2.
On April 15, 2014, the two parties continued to sign Addendum No. 01 on Expansion of Contract for the design, supply and construction of 450x450 piles for Turbine Foundation and Central Control House foundation.
